Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. You cannot claim a rebate from your private health insurance on a treatment when you use a voucher. Your gift voucher will be void if you do not attend your appointment or do not give a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice.
